The real problem

Why what you're
doing isn't working

Standard gym training

Bodybuilding-style sessions focus on isolating individual muscles — chest, arms, legs. That's the wrong approach for a fighter. Boxing is about explosive coordinated movement through a full kinetic chain. Training individual muscles doesn't build fight-specific power. It builds size that slows you down.

Just running more

Running is only one piece of the puzzle. A full fitness profile requires all 3 energy systems to be developed (Aerobic, PC, and glycolytic system). Improving your gas tank is about targeting bioenergetic systems which produce the energy you need to be explosive in every round.

Always going 100%

Boxing should be your priority. And if you're running yourself into the ground in every conditioning session you're leaving yourself nothing left for boxing. Developing power and endurance is about optimising your training and recovery so that you do enough to see results but not too much you can't recover from.

Generic programmes

A blanket programme built for an average fighter will never be right for your specific body, your specific weaknesses, and where you are in your training cycle. One-size-fits-all conditioning is a shortcut that delivers average results. You need a program that helps you peak your performance just when you need it.

How it works

WHats in the program?

A comprehensive program tailored to exactly what you need at your stage of athlete development

01

Full assessment

We start with a full movement and endurance assessment to build your athletic profile. Which energy system is failing? Are you a strength or speed dominant athlete? What joints and tissues are limiting your movement? Where are you susceptible to injury and how can we avoid future injuries to keep you in the gym for longer?

02

tailored program and coaching

Based on what we find in the assessment, I will create a full program to address all your limitations and maintain all your strengths. The program will be tailored not only to your body but also to your weekly schedule taking into account your fight schedule, work, study and social life.

03

ongoing support and regular assessments

All programs are delivered through Everfit, a digital training platform you can download on any smart phone or iPad.

The journey

What's possible
in 12 weeks

This isn't a straight line — it's a build. Each phase unlocks the next. By the end, other fighters will notice.

1–3
Weeks 1–3 — Foundation

Build the base

Assessment complete. Programme built. You start training to your specific limitations — movement patterns corrected, aerobic base established. You'll feel more in control within the first two weeks.

4–6
Weeks 4–6 — Power Development

Punches start to land different

Neuromuscular training kicks in. Rate of force development improves. You start generating more power through the kinetic chain — shots that used to bounce off start moving people.

7–9
Weeks 7–9 — Conditioning Spike

Round 5 feels like round 1

All three energy systems now trained. Lactic threshold rises. You stop backing off in the later rounds. Sparring partners start noticing you're not fading anymore.

10–12
Weeks 10–12 — Peak Performance

A different fighter walks into that gym

Power, speed, and endurance compounding together. You're hitting harder in round 6 than most fighters hit in round 1. This is when knockouts happen. This is when fights are won.

The guarantee

If you put in the work,
I guarantee the results.

If you put in the work and follow the program for 12 weeks and you don't feel any results then I will refund you all the money you put down.

This isn't a money-back guarantee for people who don't show up. It's a commitment between us: you do your part, I'll do mine. The ring will take care of the rest.

Questions

FAQ

What kind of results can I realistically expect?
Most fighters notice the first changes by week 3–4 — better breathing between rounds, less fatigue in the later stages of sparring. By weeks 6–8, power output is measurably up: shots that used to get absorbed start moving people. By week 12, all three systems are working together — you're faster off the mark, hitting harder in round 5 than most fighters hit in round 1, and recovering quicker between exchanges. These aren't promises — they're what happens when you train the right things in the right order for your specific body.
Is this only for competitive fighters, or can I do this if I just train boxing recreationally?
It's for anyone who wants to train like an athlete  and wants to perform better. Whether you're preparing for your first fight, already competing, or just want to stop gassing out in sparring — the program works the same way. You don't need to be elite. You just need to be serious about improving.
How much time does this take per week?
This is strength and conditioning work that sits alongside your regular boxing training — it doesn't replace it. The additional commitment is typically 3–4 hours per week depending on your program. Sessions are structured so they complement your boxing schedule, not compete with it.
I've tried lifting weights before and it didn't help my boxing. Why would this be different?
Standard weight training focuses on individual muscles — chest press, curls, leg press. Boxing power comes from coordinated movement through a full kinetic chain. The EMP system uses compound, movement-based training that develops strength in the patterns that actually matter in a fight. It's a different approach built on a different principle.
Do I need access to a specific gym or equipment?
Your programme is designed around what you have access to. We find out during the assessment process what equipment you have available and build accordingly. You won't be asked to buy expensive gear or access something you don't have.
